Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services Department takes a comprehensive approach in meeting the specific needs of each individual who has lost independence and functioning due to injury, illness or disease. 

Our center offers a highly experienced staff to any individual who requires speech, occupational, and/or physical therapy services.  Along with traditional rehabilitation services, the physical medicine department will also offer specialty services such as:

· Tai Chi for balance and strength                                            · Fall Prevention and Balance Program
· Functional Capacity Evaluations
· Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Evaluations          · Laryngectomy and Voice Restoration                            · Lymphedema Management                                                          · LSVT Loud Voice Treatment

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services are committed to providing optimal therapy services to maximize the functional status of each client and assure his/her safe return to a normal, productive lifestyle.

Services offered:
· Physical Therapy
· Speech Language Pathology (children and adults)          · Occupational Therapy

Hours of Service:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Flexible hours are available.
